登录与注册命令

优先使用 CLI 封装命令：

htsy-cli login --username USER --password PASS
htsy-cli account-login --phone PHONE --code CODE
htsy-cli send-code --phone PHONE --scene register
htsy-cli register --username PHONE --password PASS --sms-code CODE

验证码 scene 常用值：register 注册、resetPwd 重置密码、login 登录、bind 绑定手机号。

账号管理
